All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at silverandcattleco@yahoo.com and we will always do our best to assist you.


Each piece is carefully handcrafted and designed to be worn and enjoyed, but jewelry should be treated with care. Silver & Cattle Co. is not responsible for damage that occurs once an item is in the customer’s possession.


If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues, we will gladly work with you to explore possible solutions.


All orders include up to $100 in carrier insurance coverage.


Once an order has been dropped off with the mail carrier, it is considered out of our control. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and contacting USPS regarding any delivery issues. Silver & Cattle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped beyond the included insurance coverage.


All pieces are made to the size selected at checkout. Please ensure sizing is correct before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for sizing errors.
